The modern villa Sara Murter on its 360m2 can accommodate 8 people in 4 luxurious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a bathtub and the others with shower cabins. On the upper floor of the villa you can find a harmoniously decorated living room and a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with bathrooms.
The bedrooms have a view of the beautiful coast.
On the ground floor of the villa there is also a modern living room with a fireplace, one bedroom with a bathroom, a separate toilet and a semi-enclosed terrace. There is also a terrace connected to the outdoor kitchen.
On the ground floor in a separate part of the villa there is a fitness center, spa, separate toilet and laundry. The interactive room in a separate part offers various entertainment options; PlayStation, darts, sauna, jacuzzi and gym. In the courtyard of the villa there is a beautiful, heated 22 m2 swimming pool equipped with air and hydromassage, surrounded by 8 sun loungers.
Have fun with family or friends over a barbecue and celebrate your well-deserved quality vacation. The yard is completely fenced, which ensures privacy.
Bicycles and parking spaces are also available to our guests. Near Villa Sara Murter there is a beautifully landscaped promenade, ideal for jogging or walking.

Guests of the complex have a total of 4 private parking spaces at their disposal.
In the immediate vicinity of the Konstanca & Sara villa complex, there are tennis, basketball and football courts, a sailing school and a diving school.
Also, near the complex of villas there is a beautifully decorated promenade that stretches along the coast. It is ideal for long walks and cycling.
Villa Sara Murter has a sister villa, Villa Konstanca. Although they were built as one connected building, they are rented as two separate villas. Villa Sara is located in the back part of the same building, on the hill above Villa Konstance. The terrace of Villa Sara extends to the sunny deck, which is also the roof of Villa Konstance.
The pool of Villa Sara is located a little lower on a separate terrace next to the walls of Villa Konstanca. Villa Konstanca has a similar layout to Villa Sara. It also has a courtyard with a children's playground. Both villas are completely fenced, which ensures guests privacy.
